Shipping policy

This was an in-store pickup order. The order was marked as picked up in our system.

At the time of the transaction, there were no fraud indicators. All verification checks passed, including CVV and AVS match. There was only one payment attempt and the IP location was within the same state as our business.

Based on the available fraud analysis, there was no reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity before fulfilling the order.
